What is soffit?: The panel under your roof overhang. Vented soffit lets outside air into your attic.
What is fascia?: The trim board along the roof edge that your gutter hangs on.
Why is my fascia soft?: Usually water: an overflowing gutter, a roof leak or a missing drip edge. We look for the cause, not just the board.
Do gutter guards mean I never clean gutters?: No. Guards cut the cleaning. They do not end it.
Why seamless?: One piece along each run means fewer joints that can leak.
Do you take the old gutters down?: Yes. We remove and dispose of old gutters and downspouts, which also lets us see the fascia behind them.
What size gutters do you install?: 5-inch and 6-inch K-style seamless gutters, with 3x4 downspouts.
What is fascia wrap?: Aluminum trim bent over the fascia board so the wood stays out of the weather. Rotted boards are a job we do: they are replaced.
Do you do commercial work?: Yes. Commercial gutters and downspouts, as well as homes.
